When individuals within an organization experience loss it can traumatize the organization itself. It is important to acknowledge and address the loss, in order to regroup and heal as a community.
I have over fourteen years of experience guiding schools, faith groups and families dealing with the death of a loved one such as a parent/guardian, sibling, spouse/partner, community member or co-worker. I believe we need to make space for grief rather than avoiding it.
As your consultant, I will provide a comprehensive communication plan and tools to help your organization manage crises and provide competent, compassionate leadership during these unexpected challenges.
"Thank you for your fantastic morning of reflection. I found it very meaningful and valuable to spend time processing last year, acknowledging that it was one that changed all of us in some way, and having a chance to share. I heard several other staff members say that this was one of the best sessions yet."

"When I was at my lowest point, Kathleen was there for me (and my family) and made me feel like everything was going to be okay."- Chloe K.
