Coaching VS. Therapy

Thanks for being here.


Seeking support can be intimidating. 

I believe that through coaching I can be a supportive, grounding guide to assist you or your loved one work with grief and find meaning in loss. Although coaching can have many therapeutic benefits, it is not therapy. The main focus of my coaching sessions is post-traumatic growth and developing ways to help you speak your grief.

Is this a fit for me?

  • Are you ready to move beyond merely surviving and work towards finding meaning in your life after loss?
  • Are you ready to pivot and find strategies to assist you when you are immobilized by grief?
  • Is it possible to use coaching and therapy? In a word, YES. Although there can be overlap, drawing upon additional supports and solutions to your grief can assist you in navigating your loss. I am also willing to collaborate and coordinate care with your therapist.
