Seeking support can be intimidating.
I believe that through coaching I can be a supportive, grounding guide to assist you or your loved one work with grief and find meaning in loss. Although coaching can have many therapeutic benefits, it is not therapy. The main focus of my coaching sessions is post-traumatic growth and developing ways to help you speak your grief.
